Mr. GK Pillai, IAS
Gopal Krishna Pillai, IAS, is the former Home Secretary, Government of India. He also held various other positions with the Government of India such as the Secretary, Ministry of Commerce.
With a Masters from IIT, Madras, Mr. Pillai belongs to the Kerala cadre of the I.A.S. Mr.Pillai held diverse posts in Kerala including that of District Collector, Special Secretary for Industries, Secretary of Health and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Kerala.

Raghavendra (alias Raghu) is a Leader with 34+ years of experience Human Resources. He is the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources Development and is a member of the Executive Council of Infosys BPM Ltd.
With expertise in aligning HR’s functional role to dovetail business plans, Raghu’s interest lie in development of HR competencies, managing cultural diversity and change management.
A frequent speaker in thought leadership sessions and seminars globally, Raghu is a Post Graduate from Madras School of Social Work. He has also completed an Advanced Management Program from IIM, Bangalore and the Infosys Global Leadership Program from Stanford University.

Dr. Gideon Arulmani, PhD., Founder-Director, The Promise Foundation, is a clinical psychologist interested in culture, education and counselling. His Cultural Preparation Process Model is widely used in various countries across the world.
Gideon is a sought after speaker in international conferences. He has authored two books and published close to 75 peer reviewed papers and chapters. He is an international development consultant to various UN and other multilateral agencies and has executed assignments for them in more than 30 countries.
Gideon is the Founder-Trustee, Indian Association for Career and Livelihood Planning and a Board Member of IAEVG, an International Fellow of Consortium for Multicultural Psychology Research USA. He is also a visiting senior faculty in various Universities across Europe, UK and India.

Dr. Neeraja Raghavan
Neeraja Raghavan is Founder-Director of Thinking Teacher, and author of several research papers and books, including The Reflective Teacher and Teaching Tales, Learning Trails co-edited with Vineeta Sood and Kamala Anilkumar.
She holds a doctorate in chemistry from Princeton University, and has more than two decades of experience in teaching and research. She has also served as a Vice-Principal and Principal in different schools. Her current focus is on teacher development through action research and reflective practice. She enjoys reading philosophy, writing poetry, listening to music and sketching.
Dr. Somnath Ganguly
Dr. Somnath Ganguly is a Research Scientist in Structural Chemistry at the Indian Institute of Science and is a Member of the Patent Services Group. He is also part of the Invention Evaluation Team of IISc.
Having worked in large corporates such as GE, Infosys, Astra Zeneca and Honeywell, Dr. Somanth Ganguly has won various awards in Innovation and has published many papers. He won the Young Scientist Award in 1985 from KAAS. He was awarded for Innovation by Honeywell in 2008. He won another award for Innovation in 2010 at Infosys. In 2019 he won the Questel Award for Patent Analytics Services.
Dr. Raghunath Subramanyam
Dr. S Raghunath is Professor of Strategy and the Chairperson for Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship at IIM Bangalore and the India Chapter Chair for the Academy of International Business, a nodal international body for research and consulting. He specializes in Strategic Alliances, Acquisitions as well as Strategic Leadership.
He was a Visiting Scholar at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University (1990-1991) where he engaged in research in strategy making in IT companies. He was also a Visiting Professor at INSEAD, France; University of Buckingham, UK; RMIT School of Business; Melbourne, Australia; and LBSNAA, Mussoorie.
A Board Member in various companies, Dr. Raghunath is also a consultant with the UNDP, New York.
